Shipping policy
We use Royal Mail for all postal services within the UK and internationally.
Orders over £75 are applicable for free UK standard delivery, customers must select this option at the checkout for this to be applied.
International Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £20 tracked and signed. We are not responsible for any customs duties that may be applicable for any international orders, the customer must ensure these are paid for appropriate release of their goods. In the event a customer refuses to pay, goods will be returned to us and a £15 admin fee for redelivery will be applied in addition to extra delivery costs.
Delivery rates:
- UK First Class (Signed For - Signature on Delivery) (Delivery aim within 1-3 working days): £5.00
- UK Standard First Class Delivery (Delivery aim within 1-3 working days): £4.00
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days of your order being placed (excludes weekends).
If you require this to be sent urgently then please contact a member of the team at satrangi-gehne@hotmail.com quoting your order number or send us a message on WhatsApp or Instagram and we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
We are NOT responsible for any delays that may be caused to your parcel delivery by the courier as these circumstances are completely outside of our control therefore we urge you to shop for your items in reasonable time.
